Luxury leisure facilities added to classic period property

Already a much-loved family home, the owners of this charming Regency Villa planned to build a luxurious extension and basement. The facilities to be added included a swimming pool, cinema room and games room that would enhance family relaxation time.

AFP provided the design for sheet piles around the basement that would make the new space structurally sound. The waterproof concrete we specified was essential in ensuring the new structures remain watertight.  AFP engineers also devised the temporary support needed during the construction phase.
