We provided structural advice for the total refurbishment of this grade 1 listed building. Our work involved strengthening the existing historic floors and the roof structure, which had been significantly weakened by the cutting of numerous dormers. Our structural scheme minimised the loss of the historic structure whilst ensuring the structural adequacy of the floors and the roof to support the new replacement Colleyweston roof slates.
