Since inception, the Andrew Firebrace Partnership policy is to employ experienced engineers to ensure that the right answer is provided first time, economically and with the minimum of fuss. The partner, who is the first contact, will often complete the design package and provide the relevant drawings for construction. In our experience, it is most beneficial to keep communication lines as short as possible. To that end our design teams are small and focussed. The team partner or director remains fully in control throughout the project to ensure that the brief is being fully implemented.

During the design process we maintain a commercial awareness to ensure that the designs are cost effective and a value engineered product is produced. This often involves the other members of the client design team when exploring the design options available to us, always aiming to maximise the benefit to the client with the minimum cost.
