We believe that all projects require the leadership of the partners and directors, who are all practical, practising engineers. For most projects, the partners will control the design process as illustrated on the organisation chart, drawing support from the partnership technical and administration staff, as required, by the programme to assist in the preparation of designs and details.

The Partnership has an enviable reputation for the provision of cost effective structural and civil engineering design services.  Computerised design and drafting facilities are used extensively in the preparation of calculations, drawings and specifications using industry standard programs on a networked system.

Throughout the development of the group companies, we have traditionally adopted a flexible approach to staffing. An experienced core of employed staff are assisted, as necessary, by additional local contract engineers and technicians with whom we have developed long-standing working relationships. 

We have adopted a positive approach to employing new members of staff, doing so when necessary but more importantly, ensuring they are suitably qualified and have the appropriate experience. To achieve this, people we employ are usually well known to us and have expressed an interest in joining the partnership.
