The structure comprises a braced steel frame with a composite precast flat soffit first floor. The structure incorporates passive fire protection to steel sections enabling minimal physical protection in accordance with the latest BCSA Design Guide. The foundations are vibro concrete piles supporting ground beams and an insitu concrete ground floor.
