PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We recognize the importance of the Client's brief and manage and co-ordinate all parties to meet the cost, time and quality criteria set.

Design and Build Contracts

We are able to take on the Employer's Agent role.

Procurement Advice

We are able to advise on the various traditional and alternative procurement options and the many standard forms of contract available. We will recommend the most suitable solution to meet the requirements of the brief.

Cost Advice

We can provide feasibility cost advice and liaise with funding bodies as necessary. We can monitor costs during the works, prepare interim valuations and agree final accounts.

Design Service

We are able to arrange structural/civil engineering design work through the Andrew Firebrace Partnership.

Recent project management and employer's agent commisions include:

• Glassworks Gymnasium, Cambridge (£800,000)
• New Warehouse and office facilities for Sainsbury's (£1,000,000)
• Enclosed Cycle compound for the University of Cambridge (£80,000)
• Tennis Club re-development, Bedford (£1,200,000)

Simon Wright, BSc (Hons), M.R.I.C.S, M.a.P.S and a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club (an organisation for professionals specialising in party wall matters).
